One of my favorite expansion packs isn't on my account anymore. I finally say enough is enough and decide to give myself a break and play my game. I have been working my butt off and haven't had time to open my Sims 3 in over a year. I want this game sortin or my money back and all the dlc content money I've spent. I'll wait to see if I get a reply cause on my ea account I've no answer and nor to the emails ive sent. This firm is worth billions and they just ignore the customers that make them billions.
This isn't just me people who I play rally cross with around the world they say they have the same problem. This is a joke and I've paid for all the dlc content and still the game freezes. I did let them know I was movin and I couldn't do nothin till I have moved, which I have now and I've sent them another email and I'm just gettin ignored. I've been on my ea account and you can see all the emails there. I've even upgraded my internet and payin more money for that now cause they said it was that. They said it was all because it's at my end so I've done everything they have asked even been onto playstation support and they have ran through things and said there is nothin wrong with my ps. I've bought geo steerin wheel for this game and have a lot of playstation stuff.

I get an hour n halfs play out of the game and a code errors comes up and freezes the game. I've been emailing ea sports now for over 6 months about dirt rally 2.0 freezin on me. I've bought 40 of games for my ps4 and some of them are made at ea sports.
